I don't know how many sports followers we have in her but I just wanted to get this off my chest. I now rules have to be followed and I know college players are not allowed to accept any financial "gifts or rewards" but retroactive sanctions just ring hollow with me. It's 2010 and now Bush is declared ineligible for the 2004 season? NOW they take away his trophy? He's had it for five years. And any money received did not make him the best player in college football, he made himself the best player. This long after the fact placing USC on probation for two years and banning them and all of the current innocent players is enough and should be enough of a deterrent to future players as well. If OJ Simpson can still have his heisman Bush should be able to keep his.

I think he should get to keep it. I feel bad for the players at USC this year though they picked the wrong year to attend USC!
