I read a blurb about a study on the psychology of real estate and one of the conclusions was: Men (and even women but to a lesser degree) are willing to pay more for a home when they find a female selling agent to be attractive. It seems that you can always find a study to support just about anything but I was curious about this finding.

Yes, I think to a point they do, but paying more money I think is doubtful.
But I did read that Angie Everheart is a realtor in New York now. |
