I am a creature of habit, but yesterday after meeting a roofer in La Crescenta, I stopped at Ralphs. I only wanted bottled water and small bottles of (my favorite beverage) fizzy water.
This store is even larger than the one in La Canada, which is too large for my taste. Interesting that here they offer the option of checking yourself out - like Fresh and Easy in Eagle Rock. |

I was amazed when Ralphs expanded a year or two ago. We shop there becuase of its proximity to our house. It is large but one gets to know it after a few visits and they have great selection.

yes, the selection at La Crescenta Ralph's is greater than La Canada's. I think the La Crescenta store is larger. I like it better, I also like the Coffee Bean.

I prefer the La Canada Ralphs because I can do everything I need to do in a few hours and everything is close by.

Personally I wish we had a small market that you could run into - quickly, no parking hassles...

I am not a Ralph's fan, no matter the location. One of those things you absorb while growing up for no apparent reason. My mom never liked Ralph's and as an adult I am always uncomfortable shopping at a Ralph's. No other reason than conditioning.
